This is a true rarity!  Uroplatus alluaudi is the 4th species of leaftail gecko from the region of Mt. d'Ambre in the far north of Madagascar, after the more common U. fimbriatus, U. sikorae, and U. ebenaui.  In Jan. 2002, I was able to photograph two males at a local collector's home before they were exported.  This species allegedly inhabits the lower elevations and occurs in extreme low density.  Note the tiny 'horns' at the rear angles of the head.
